LiteStay is a travel and accommodation listing platform. We provide a place where users can discover accommodation and connect with hosts and property owners.
LiteStay is not a travel agent, tour operator, hotel, accommodation provider or party to any booking agreement between a guest and a host. Our role is to provide the platform that helps users find and connect with accommodation providers.

Users should independently verify accommodation providers, payment instructions, property information and other relevant details before making payments or entering into an agreement. LiteStay does not accept responsibility for losses, damages, fraud, scams, misrepresentation, theft or other harm arising from transactions or interactions between users and hosts or other third parties, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Bookings and Transactions
When you book accommodation or enter into an agreement with a host, that agreement is between you and the relevant host or accommodation provider.
LiteStay does not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, safety, accuracy or suitability of accommodation listed on the platform.
Users should review prices, cancellation policies, house rules and other conditions before making a booking or payment.
10. How Long We Keep Information
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations or protect LiteStay and its users.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymise it.
11. Your Information
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including requesting access to, correction of or deletion of certain information held by LiteStay.
